If you are interested in making a difference in the life of one of these loving dogs, please help us by volunteering to be a foster home. We have 5 years of experience with the Saint Bernard and you will be gently guided in their care during their stay in your home. The average length of stay for a foster dog is approximately 2 weeks. Some may require a longer stay, it depends on the individual dog and it’s needs.
We’re a team of compassionate volunteers that make a difference. We take a proactive approach to finding the perfect home for these dogs and in doing so, will be attending local venues such as the Great Lakes Pet Fair in Milwaukee, WI, Chicagoland Pet Expo and other events that become available throughout the year. We work together as a team, with a great group of foster homes and volunteers that offer support and guidance.
If you’re not able to be a foster home, another great way to help us out is through transporting dogs. It’s very nice to have the help of people in rescue who can help us get the dogs out of shelters or from people surrendering them to us. The people who work as transports deserve our admiration and thanks for taking time out of their day and putting miles on their cars in order for us to help out a dog in need.
If helping AllSaints Saint Bernard Rescue is something you would like to do, please contact us. We look forward to talking with you and sharing our passion for helping these wonderful Saint Bernards.
Fostering dogs in need has been a very rewarding experience for us. It’s a great feeling to see a dog that has come from a very poor start, go into a home where he or she is cherished. The Saint Bernard dog is a wonderful and gentle breed. It’s amazing that these dogs can still find it in their hearts to be loving and devoted pets when a lot of them have been through so much. It is definitely not a breed for everyone as they do shed seasonally and can be a bit slobbery at times. But if you enjoy the company of a large dog with a heart as big as he is, you will find enjoyment in foster care. Please scroll down to fill out our foster home application.
Donations are so important to any rescue group. The money you donate goes towards the care and rehabilitation of the Saint Bernards coming into this rescue. Many dogs come to us in moderate to poor physical health. All dogs are spayed or neutered, some are heartworm positive and need the necessary treatment to rid them of their condition. You donation helps us to continue helping these dogs. You may send your donation to:
